Do we take Part Exchanges?

Yes we do. It does not matter how old or how many miles it has done, as long as it has a current MOT we welcome the opportunity to give you the best price we can for it. If you have any outstanding finance, we can deal with this out for you too.

You can either fill in the form on the website , Give us a call on 01782 822 700 or simply call in, please give accurate information about your car , the service history details, condition so that we can give you the most accurate price for it.

How long does it take to drive away with my new car?

If you are a cash customer, all we will need is payment of the balance on collection, which can be made by debit card* – credit card* or bank transfer. If you need finance from us then it is important you bring your driving licence and a copy of a recent utility bill. This will enable us to process your finance application swiftly and give us the important proofs of identification the finance company require.

Many customers have driven away with in minutes as most cars are ready to drive away , you’ll need to arrange appropriate insurance for your new car before cleaving the showroom.

Credit cars will incur additional charge of 3% of the balance , Debit card 0.5% of the balance, Bank Transfers no cost , We do not accept large amounts of cash.

Price of the vehicle

Everyone wants a deal , but we always say don’t just look at the price of the car its what you get for your money.

With the introduction of the internet, it is very easy now for customer to compare models and prices online at the push of a button. This has given rise to dealers having to cut prices to a minimum to ensure they get your trade. When you buy from us, you have the added benefit of our lower overheads and therefore we are able to work for less profit on each car. As a general rule of thumb the price we display on the internet is the best price we can sell the car at, however there are sometimes exceptions and making an offer does not cost either of us anything!

Buying on line? Is it safe?

If you stick to the general rule of only dealing with reputable companies online and names that you know, you can normally be rest assured of a good deal and a quality back up service.

Can't get to us during opening hours?

We understand everyone has a busy lifestyle these days, what with children to look after, jobs to hold down its not always easy to get time to view a car within normal working hours. Please give us a call or drop us an e mail with your requirements and we will do our very best to make an appointment that fits in with you.

Warranty and back up?

All our cars are selected carefully for their previous ownership and service history. We work on the principal that we would not sell anything that we were not proud to own ourselves! All cars are HPI checked which means they all have their history looked into, to check they do not have any finance owing or have been written off previously and put back on the road. A certificate is provided with all our cars to verify the car is ‘all clear’.

We pride in the way we present all our cars and try to ensure you will have  trouble free motoring , however things can go wrong but we will be there to help you should this happen.

All* our cars come with 3 months / 3000 miles ( Which ever is sooner) guarantee against major mechanical / Electrical failure , please ask for full details.

Do we have a workshop ?

We have our own workshop with qualified technicians with the latest diagnostics equipment , we can cater for most eventualities.

We have a MOT station on site , full Tyre bay too.

Even after you’ve bought the car from us we’d love to look after you with any servicing, repairs , MOT  – PLEASE call us on 01782 834 215 for our workshop.

I want the car but can't get over, what do I do ?

Very simple , we hear this on a regular basis, you’ve fallen in love with one of cars but unable to get over immediately , we would require a £250 deposit [ Full refundable] this will secure the car and avoid it being sold to anyone else. This will reserve the car for up to 5 working days. When you inspect the car and feel we have not described the car correctly and you don’t wish to go ahead we will FULLY REFUND you the deposit.

Finance - where to get the best deal ?

We like to think we can save you some time and money here. We have links with many lenders and are able to offer some of the best rates in the marketplace at any given time. If you bring your driving licence and a recent utility bill with you we can arrange your finance there and then, you could be driving away in 1 hour and there is a good chance we may have saved you some money on your payments too! The deposit required will usually depend on your credit status as will the APR, please ask us to give you a quotation and we will try to make it fit your own personal circumstances. You can be assured of complete confidentiality at all times.
